I am hosting an event called Ignite in partnership with our CapAbilities Business Resource Group. Ignite is an interactive, virtual networking event. We highly encourage students with disabilities to attend with a diverse group of peers to learn about the opportunities that Capital One has for students in many different fields.
Our participants will get to participate in professional skill building workshops and network with Capital One associates through panel discussions and breakout sessions. They will also hear from members of our CapAbilities Business Resource Group which focuses on attracting, retaining, developing, and supporting associates who have a disability or are caregivers for someone with a disability.
