Kartika Kumari

Kartika Kumari is a Learning Support Specialist in the Lions Plus Program. As a neurodivergent individual herself, she is passionate about promoting inclusivity and accessibility in higher education. Kartika holds a deep appreciation for the remarkable capabilities of our brains and is genuinely intrigued by the beauty found in the diversity of learners. Kartika earned her Master’s Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Queens College, City University of New York. Before joining TCNJ, she gained valuable experience working as a resource coordinator for Neurodivergent Students at Queens College. She believes that empathy, compassion, and accountability are crucial for student success, and strives to create a welcoming environment where students feel safe and supported.
