If you are interested in requesting accommodation letters, known at TCNJ as “accommodation memos”, these are the steps.
1.You fill out the ARC Affiliation Form (register) with our office.* This is a short, google form.
2. Provide documentation to support your accommodations request(s).
3. Your ARC Specialist will contact you to collaborate on the accommodations appropriate for your particular situation.
4. The list of accommodations will then be formalized in a memo and sent to you by email. You are responsible for distributing the memo to your instructors and determining the logistics needed to implement the accommodations. The accommodations memo is only valid for semester(s) indicated on the memo.

You will be sent a new accommodation memo at the beginning of each term. If you have questions about your accommodations or would like to request changes, please contact your Specialist to schedule an appointment; we are happy to do this.
