If you are interested in requesting accommodation letters, please follow this process.
1. Affiliate (register) with our office.*
2. Provide documentation to support your accommodations request(s).
3. Schedule a meeting with an ARC Specialist to discuss what accommodations are appropriate to your particular situation.
4. The letter will then be generated and sent to you by email. You are responsible for distributing the letter to your instructors and discussing any needed accommodations with them. An accommodations letter is only valid for one term.

You will be sent a new accommodation letter before the beginning of each term. If you have questions about your accommodations or would like to request changes, please contact the Program Assistant’s office (609-771-3199 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule an appointment.
